An elderly customer was so engrossed in cleaning up that he did not notice that his heater had run out of kerosene. A couple who run a hair salon and need kerosene for their boiler. Each of them has their own reasons for seeking kerosene. We follow the kerosene delivery trucks as they make their rounds and observe people trying to get through the harsh winter.
